Toscana "Donna Vittoria"
The grapes used to make IGT Toscana “Donna
Vittoria” are harvested by hand into crates
with a specific harvest-transfer-destemming criteria,
which enables the destemming and the pumping of
the must into fermentation tanks within a maximum
of 15 minutes after picking the grapes from the
vine.
Rosè wine IGT Toscana “Donna Vittoria”
is produced from the San Giovese grape. The must
and the skins ferment together for the first 10-12
hours after destemming, then the must is transferred
and continues fermentation alone.
